I've made this little list based on my sister's clumsy old dog; Tacco
Number 1
Dog is running so fast and so playfully
he forgets to look and hits a tree with full speed, ending up with a bleeding nose. And you'd think he's learnt his lesson
2
But then dog bumps into a lamp post with full running speed- again. Ending up with a bleeding nose- again.
Besides his inability to finish basic everyday tasks like running or getting up under a coffee table without major injuries he seems to be always happy.
'Oh my nose is bleeding! Jay!'
3
For dog it's always walk-time.
Did you get up from the couch? Jay! -Let's run around bark and jump!- Did you call my name? Jay! Did you just make any human noise, not at all saying my name? Jay! Is it raining, and we just got back from the walk? Still it looks like we are going for a walk again! Jay!
4
Dog is surely intimidated by small puppies, but picking a fight with any dog provided the other dog is at least twice his size is a must!
5
Or at home, alternatively his own reflection.
6
Dog fails to catch the treat you throw to him, and then he looks utterly convinced that the food must be still in your hands, or maybe still floating around in the air, but for sure it cannot be in front of him on the floor!..
Still dog is as happy as he can be, living in the 'it's always walk-time', 'floating chicken leg' world.
And that's what's important.
I'm not really think dog is retarded. But if a dog can be retarded I guess it would look kind of like our doggy.
With thanks to Tacco, the always happily in your way (might slightly retarded) dog;
